rad M. Parrott founded VergePointe and has held the position of Managing Partner for the 25 years of its evolution. VergePointe is a firm of professional advisors with specialized expertise in complex financial areas that are inherently present with many entrepreneurs, private business owners, real estate investors and wealthy families. Brad has extensive experience in strategic business planning, exit strategy consulting, investment banking, and tax strategy services.
His entrepreneurial experience, in addition to realizing his vision of creating a unique private advisory firm, has included his involvement as a shareholder in several business ventures in high tech, commercial and residential real estate, retail and intellectual property.
Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, he is a board member of the Northwest Autism Foundation.
Born and raised in the Portland area, Brad received his B.S. in Accounting from Oregon State University in 1978. In addition, he has attended graduate study courses in business and tax at Portland State University.
Brad has an active lifestyle with his wife and four children and passions of being a pilot, avid skier and musician.
